We are 4 Europeans studying at Beiwai, but we will leave Beijing and
our beautiful house in november/december, because we all move to
different cities for work.
The flat has a contract until June 2011, renewable.
It'an amazing apartement located very close to Beiwai
university, in a nice and couloured street. The street has great
restaurants, bars, shops and cafés.
5 minutes walking to Weigongcun Metro station and National Library (line 4)
It's a nice and clean building with a small courtyard downstairs where
you can park your bike safely.
The flat is in the 11th floor and has 4 rooms, all of them pretty big
with nice furnitures, fully equipped
kitchen, huge living room, 2 balconies.
One room has a balcony, one has a private bathroom (2 baths in total)
We are really enjoying the time here and very sorry to leave, the
house is okay for party, relaxing, there is also one more mattress for
guests.
It's perfect both for students and expats, the rooms are big can be
also double, the house is comfortable and very shufu.
